Norman, Thanks for the article. As many of you know, I was appointed by the Trustee to the Equity Committee and resigned due to differences of opinion concerning strategy. I have retained Delaware legal counsel to represent, in addition to the role played by the Equity Committee, all of Zenith's minority shareholders and the remaining full community working for Zenith's best interests. If successful, LGE and the directors will be exposed and will pay, in spades, for their many alleged instances of self-dealing fraud and Zenith will remain an independent U.S. corporation. Sparks will fly. Let the war begin! Truth is our ally........
