My logic is, as usual, impeccable. OTOH, you really need to take a remedial reading course. The collapse of the Soviet empire as I mentioned in my post was due to two factors. First, the Russians could not keep pace with the sustained US buildup although they tried and the resulting strain coupled with the folly of the central management of the Russian economy caused the collapse. Reagan recognized this and stayed his course despite cries of protest from mushy headed types like yourself. Now I realize that logic and facts are not your forte but even you should be able to glean that from my post. When you have something worth saying, please post again. JLA
