It could possibly be, that we have some sellers who were caught in the run to a buck-fifty and have decided this is about the best they can do, so they're outta here! Or, maybe some margin calls and they decided to sell SETO because most other stocks are down. Some people are IMO. We're still not doing so bad. We're up and just maybe with more news on the way (IMO) we will take out the sellers and continue up. If not, hang on until the deal is closed and the details are out. Mr. Pian has made some good deals in the past, I expect this one to be as good as or better! He has more experience now. :^) Happy Investing! KZAP
