Interesting hypothesis. But first you need to determine who Warbucks is this time around. I suggest you give a call to the transfer agent. Oft-times knowing who the "sugar daddy" is can give you a clue as to what MAY be transpiring. Let us know who you find it to be. ;-)

Larry, I must have missed something, was there another sale of stock? (you imply $2 MM), I can't find the release on that. By the way, the fact that this tranche is smaller may not necessarily mean that Warbuck is getting more conservative, it could be implied that VLNC does not need the full $3 MM this month.
