Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes and Lerach, one of the many firms sueing Cymer, has discovered that in the lawsuit it brought against Pokemon last week, it's sueing its own client! Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys.

Thanks for keeping us up to date on this. I got a good laugh out of the original Pokemon suit article, but this is even funnier! :-)
