The MYREALBOX service is a great thing to see from NOVL. I signed up for it this week myself (not that I already don't have 3 other freemail accounts elsewhere).

I think the look and feel is not pretty good for a beta, but there needs to be some improvements on the service:

1) When one composes an email, the SEND button is in the bottom right corner of the window - not good if your window is smaller than the size of the compose screen. These buttons should be in multiple locations and at least on the top and bottom of the compose screen.

2) The window is designed horizontally and to a fixed width so that many screens require scrolling.

3) I have already found a conflict between this service and Novell's BorderManager Caching product. The BorderManager cache will not let you log back in after you have logged out (the redirection in the email service is confusing the BorderManager cache). This same thing was happening with Netscape's Webmail. I have already notified Novell of this problem and they are investigating. This is not the MYREALBOX service problem, but it is a bit embarrassing that there is conflict between two Novell products/services.

4) The name of the service MYREALBOX is a bit embarrassing to mention. I don't know about anywhere else but the title leads to smirks as it brings up other connotations. I wish the name of the service would be changed.

But, all that aside, it is nice to see NOVL actually showing the world how its products can be used on the Internet! Since its still beta - hopefully they have the opportunity to clean up some of these little things.
