Leave your comments at the door to your home tough guy, that's where they belong. We are talking about a stock here. I post what I find. Now getting back to fcm, this a public coropration is it not ??? The disclaimers that you refer to in fcms filings are serious as cancer, or didn't you notice ?? I suppose that usat's disclaimers then would be in the same vein, is that about right ??? You brush aside the disclaimers in fcm's filing as if they did not matter, you are wrong, they certainly do. You say this stocks going to 100, good, put some money where you big mouth is then, I say it falls at least in half and possibly more from here within a few months. I base that opinion on the financing deal they just entered into. Which some say was done at a small discount, that is false. here's the financing deal plain and simple, dispute that, don't get on here with your garbage comments about me that have nothing to do with what I am posting. You don't like what I post just click next. Dispute this with some facts, leave your comments out, you cannot do it, thats why you choose the tact you do. Oh and when you do look at this deal remember this INVESTOR HAS NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE OF THESE SHARES, NOT ONE. It seems the Crescent international indeed get these shares at "A VERY SLIGHT DISCOUNT TO MARKET" As the cfo said, I archived that if anyone needs to see it as it is currently "MISSING" from fcm's site. THAT IS SOME DISCOUNT TO MARKET ISN'T IT, ON AUGUST 30 FCM CLOSED AT $ 1.50. AND CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL PAID (c) On August 30, 1999, Crescent, pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreemen (as defined in Item 6) acquired 966,184 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer for a purchase price of approximately $1,000,000. ON SEPT. 15 1999 FCM CLOSED AT $ 2.375 AND CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL PAID On September 15, 1999, Crescent, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to the Stock Purchase Agreement (as defined in Item 6), acquired an additional 966,184 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer for a purchase price of approximately $1,000,000. HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT "VERY SLIGHT DISCOUNT TO MARKET" THAT THE CFO STATED ON SEPT 1 WAS WHAT THIS DEAL WAS ?????
