Re Change of auditors: I am no specialist in "accountese" reading, but the letter from the former auditors (Deloitte & Touche) to Alberta Securities Commission, dated July 30, 1999 (and available from Sedar) does not seem to suggest anything ominous...as per the following extract: "We can report that there has not occurred, between our firm and the Corporation, any reportable events within the meaning of National Policy No 31 of the Canadian Securities Administration from the period of our appointment as the Corporation's auditors on October 6, 1998, to the date of the Board of Directors decision to replace us on July 20, 1999." (Admittedly, I don't know what Policy #31 says...) Saverio
