"What tells me it would be a good time to be tip-toeing for the exits is that the open interest of equity calls ratio to open interest index puts has climbed even higher and stands at 26-1! IT HAS NEVER BEEN THAT HIGH to my knowledge. No, I'll take that back... run screaming for the exits and NOW!!! (IMHO)" i do not understand, Are you saying calls outnumber puts on the index's 26-1? Or were you saying if that happened you would run to the exits.
