Ugh Crystal Light now theres a non-food... but seriously have you taken a look a the ingredients in one of those Minute Maid box drinks people give their kids for school... thing is, its a clever advertising ploy to make you think its a fruit juice or derivative of such... sure there might be 10% fruit juice in there, but what is the other 90 - eh?? They thought they had me fooled with the minute maid label and a bunch of fruits on the cover, ahhh but I'm too smart for that.... time for a granola bar.... :-/

I've never had a problem with nutrasweet. Saccharine, on the other hand, always gave me a sick stomach and I could taste the stuff. Ugh!
