David,

I believe the addition of the the letter "E" to the ticker symbol means that the company failed to file its financial data in a timely fashion with the SEC. The change of symbol is the SEC's way of alerting investors that the company has failed to perform its obligations properly. Once the report is filed, the symbol will revert to FEET.
