Odd, how hostility and verbal sniping vanish when talk turns to CHEESE! If any here are "official" please copy this break-through information to negotiating delegations, everywhere. I am personally bullish on Brie, crazy about Camembert, enthusiastic for Emmentaler, ga-ga over Gorgonzola, fond (very) of Feta...... Hey, even a Kraft single of "American" cheese matter is damn good on medium rare e-coli burgers! I am wary of Russian Cav. these days though. The Times reported about six months ago that much reaching these shores is unfit to eat. Some west coast "harvests" have been getting raves in blind tastings. FWIW, if any are keeping track, put me in the Cilantro camp.
