MMike, agreed that Naz generals cannot hold up the entire market... check my questions and answers in previous post

techs are the leaders since March, hands down... in 1994 after months of churning in choppy range, the generals not only held up but they led us out and up

we are way way way too close to earnings for a steep fall now... the bighouses might "allow" some more people to jump off the back of the bus, but not many more since too close to earnings... bighouses need to begin the new momentum very shortly

but hold onto your kayones in late Oct after earnings... we could see some heavy selling after a decent strong run starting in first full October week

apologies for calling you "my contrary indicator"... that was somewhat brutal... we each had a weird spell in August... you seemed to see sky falling while I was distracted by Cuban jovencitas and some diddlyshit pair of telecoms

gonna be interesting week for recovery, which I expect to see in tepid form
