There is no reason to be surprised. The picture of the firm described in the latest filing is not inconsistent with all previous documents. The documents are accurate descriptions of the company's prospects. lws never quite got it right. Its the filings stupid! In sum, it is why there is no OEM contract and they are diluting current shareholders' interests at under $5 a pop.

The lack of sales and distribution. The paucity of transparent management explanations in conference calls and press releases. The absence of confirmed cost effective commercial scale manufacturing capacity. The abundance of manufacturing changes. The record of management and the still unexplained departure and reemergence of Dawson. The supplier lawsuits. The shareholder lawsuits. And, above all, the insolvent state of the balance sheet (not illiquid but insolvent) all should have been enough to let you know. That is why a shareholder lawsuit, if any of you would consider it, would lose.

Chisy: Zounds! Sounds like your patience with this speculation is wearing a weee bit thin, eh? First, speak with forked tongues? You've got to expand upon that one. Do you mean management? Or do you mean those bulls(and shorties for that matter), who pontificate from a stance of knowledge? If it's the latter...well...sometimes you learn the hard way. If it's the former...then just WHERE has management forked? I view management's tongue primarily from the standpoint of their SEC filings. Those have been clear, and consistent. (This is why I have hopes for end of Sept. N.I. readiness, since it's stated within these filings).

Wireless is the NEXT boom? Uhhh....no...not exactly...if you look around you'll find it's the CURRENT boom. ;-) I be doing all kinds of happy feet dancing over the likes of OMPT, etc., these past couple three months.

"Get off their fat duff and produce a usable product." Hmmmm....Hanil & Alliant is initial "proof of concept" me thinks. Oh, and EPS is a connect the dots hypothesis until such time as public announcements are made. Don't go hanging yer hat on it.

"A progress report......" Hmmmm, and exactly what do you think the last c.c. was? ;-) They told us where they are, their earnings expectations over the next year, and what additionally they're doing. I will admit, though, that I'd LOVE to be a questioner on those calls as all those brokers asking relative minor questions just reminded me of my opinion of the brokerage community, heh. Maybe the next one I'll lie to gain entrance to....ahem, you didn't hear that, heh!

"Honest PR firm, and lawyers....." Well, I've been able to glean information from the FRB, like who the transfer agent is, etc.. I find them doing a credible job with a client who definitely falls in the speculative categories. As for the lawyers...well...I believe ALL lawyers should be jettisoned from this planet. Sorry Mark.

Still, ultimately, I "feel your pain". ;-) My patience with this speculation has been stretched thin, too. But I hold because of two items I've found from past speculative adventures to be telling indications of how close the company may be to fruition. Insiders choosing the past month to buy, and buy large. And SEC filings stating end of September.

Based on these two key items I can reign in my impatience for another month or so. After that, without sufficient warm & fuzzies, I'll execute my exit strategy and return to other adventures.

Now let's see how it goes with those p.o.'s....

John~
