Oh, I don't. But 166/333 mhz parts are going into video cards now, so that when 133/266 PCs are introduced in 4 to 6 months, there will have already been a fair amount of real world experience with DDR and at higher speeds than 133/266. It will be a new use, but of a technology proven elsewhere at higher speeds. And there is a lot of experience with this basic bus structure and where to look for problems with it. A surprise is always possible, but, with my admittedly limited knowledge, I would expect that a surprise is less likely here than a case like Rambus, where neither the version of the technology, the speed, nor the multichip configuration had been used in production before.
