ted, Well the earthquake is the really bad part of this for INTC. I expect Intel's lawsuit is quicly dropped. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Intel sign a settlement with VIA whereby Intel transfers some money to VIA. Now the earthquake makes ramping very interesting... as we know, MB makers are not expecting to be back to full power for at least 1 week, and fab plants are really looking like a 3+ week prospect... so the question becomes how much was in inventory...
