Well the earthquake is the really bad part of this for INTC. I expect Intel's lawsuit is quicly dropped. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Intel sign a settlement with VIA whereby Intel transfers some money *to* VIA. Now the earthquake makes ramping very interesting... as we know, MB makers are not expecting to be back to full power for at least 1 week, and fab plants are really looking like a 3+ week prospect... so the question becomes how much was in inventory...
