Here is a re-post to Marty, a brain challenged SSB on RB... Marty, you just PROVED you're PLAIN STUPID... which doesn't come as a surprise to most of us here... Normally, the injured Party has to Prove the case, except in British Law for Defamation cases, where the Defendant HAS to PROVE EVERY CONTESTED STATEMENT, do you understand, Brain Challenged?.... For example, under British Law, you write: " Francois is a paid tout for ZSUN!" I object to that because I just happen to know it's a FALSE STATEMENT...
