Darrell: I must say, that may be the MOST inaccurate post I have seen in some time. I would ask you to prove that GSM/TDMA buildouts in a greenfield situation are cheaper per user(1/2 the cost you say), that it is cheaper to upgrade a GSM/TDMA system to 3G(whch doesn't exist yet), and that there are 3G TDMA systems in operation that are more advanced(cost wise and frequency reuse) than either narrowband or wideband CDMA systems for data. I'll save you the trouble--you can't prove any of that.

Darrell,YOU'RE RIGHT!but the qcom hypers hate you,it's difficult for me to understand why they're here in the nok BOARD. qcom is a small baby compared to nok,both in sales and market presence+ nok have a growth rate of 40%+ and qcom 19%. sure they hate idc ,is more advanced than qcom with a fraction of qcom money.Market capitalization come and go,qcom have fantastic pr,maybe your foes are a part of it. time will tell,maybe faster than yours foes think.
