I wanted to know too, so I sent email. Answer 5 mins later (at midnight PT!):

"To access Quicken using Datek you will need to enter in the first field
your account number(no hyphen). In the second field your account
number(no hyphen) and in the last field your Datek password.
If you would like further information please contact the Datek Online
Customer Support Team at 1-800-U2-Datek (823-2835) or e-mail
support@datek.com."

And it worked. I didn't get all the back history, but the current status and my last trades.
