SM, We think alike. I followed your advice and sold the same Oct 27 1/2 puts on NITE for 3 about a week ago. I had COMS but sold it on the after-earnings run-up and I would contemplate writing puts at 27 1/2 (but not at 30). For some inexplicable reason I picked up MO as well. This may have been a mistake. I can't find any decent premiums for call writing against it. It was nice that Morgan Stanley upgraded to strong buy. As for the federal lawsuit, it was good that they finally filed, for now they can get around to settling it. Gary Korn

some of the olb's like abwg, witc, amtd are beginning to show some life and others like egrp, sch, line are flattening out. with the heavy volume returning, hopefully we are seeing a move back into the olb sector. i must be the grandmother type of selling naked puts, i sold the april 25's for 5. i figure nite can not go to 20:-)
