Thanks for the feedback Fund, much appreciated. You certainly have done more DD than I.

For me, LOAX is a stock to keep on the watchlist for the momentum pump then dump. I'm not long term in any internut, only solid tech stocks with strong earnings.

Any news on recent run-up to 22? I sold my long position a few minutes ago at 21. But maybe this run-up will resume. In the absence of news, my assumption is that the Euro-promote is pumping the share price. It's hard to believe this is a delayed reaction to the news, now a day or two old, about their "new relationship" with Bell Atlantic.
