You're right, they have no clue. But then, neither do you or I ... or anyone else on SI. But there does seem to be some *sense* that AMD may be doing a little better than expected. Accordingly, the estimates are up a little. The discomfort felt by the buy-side analysts with a hold is increasing -- just a bit.

Dresden is the whole deal wrt AMD -- and that can't be predicted.

p.s. These analysts also understand that AMD's flash business is worth a *whole lot* more than it was at this time last year -- increasing the nervousness.
