John, I won't be able to call the TA agent Monday, I'll be out of town (and missing all the "fun" on the RMBS thread <VBG>). I hope between you and Larry someone will find out. Is it possible that HSBC acquires stock within different umbrellas, so that not one get above 5%? It is strange that we have not seen any form 13g so far.

Remember John, the need for Larry and Zeev to not pollute their "rational deliberation theory" which is "don't confuse me with the facts my mind is made up theory" or the "when in doubt run in circles scream and shout theory".....take your pick.

Anyway, I noticed MGV accusing someone of slandering him over on Yahoo and he threatened retribution (LOL)..... Here, on SI he is alluding to insolvency for Valence..... Let's see...Valence is on the cusp of major influx of funds from the NI government..... seems to have a line of credit with HSBC......selling product to Hanil and Alliant.... and we shouldn't forget about our benefactor Uncle Carl and insider buys....and MGV mentions insolvency....is that slander???

I think Valence has a product and is ready to go....per the last conference calls....I think OEM's are a little slow to commit because of the second source issue.....I view the news of Nokia using a li/poly battery as very, very, positive for Valence because their needs to be a market acceptance for li/poly... and without other producers acceptance is delayed.....The other li/poly players will probably need to eventually licence the Valence technology to remain competitive....allowing Valence to receive a royalty off of most of the li/poly batteries produced in the world....That's why I'm a long-term holder...

Patience can pay off....Some say patience is a virtue....If you're impatient there are believers that want your shares on the cheap.....

Good Luck to all.....
