Thomas. Sorry I can't answer you. I don't know where you got that info. Latest Financial data I have is for Q2 (June 1999) and they had a loss in that quarter.

The fact they are opening new location is GOOD but one of their latest PR mentioned something about a private placement of up to $15M and almost 1.5M of stock options for employees. That will dilute the EPS.

Furthermore, there will be startup costs for these stores. It may take a year before we see a positive bottom-line.

But in a year, I think they will be attractive.

Sorry about my first response Thomas. I was on drugs! I think the results are great.

I've listened to the RA conference from their web site. I think they're finished with their restructuring and are well positioned with new products and good technology.

I would not be surprised if they'd be considered by BCE Emergis as potential acquisition now that they've cleaned up the place. It's right up IFM's line of business. IFM also provides financial data to the market place. IFM or other competitors for that matter!

Just on results, I say we should see more interest in this stock in the next quarter. If we see major alliances, expect a bump-up to about $5. This stock has been beaten too long.

Stay tuned!
