price, but IMO I will never be around to know about it. <g>

Have you considered that as what you would need
per share from both spin-off companies, or how
did you arrive at that figure?
It seems way high! IMHO

It's been too long, but we received one share
for every six of the one spin-off and one share
for every seven of the other.
So if you received $30.84 per share for all your spin-off
stock that would give you *^&%$,,,,, well, too much.

You're not trying to make a profit off this are you?
