That's what I've been doing for over a week now -- drawing little lines on charts. I was hoping to have this process done before the sell-off took place in order to have a good idea of the entry points.

I use the paid version of IQC:

There are much better packages, but it is cheap.

That was a good observation on the EMA. I use a 50 week moving average. No particular reason why. Some stocks respond to it, most do not. IMO INTC seems to respond better to the monthly trend line. IQC's definition of the computation of EMA is here:
