colleges provide free internet access with college tuition.

Netzero's model is vague and no one really knows if it will work. Its just up in the air. Coventional dial-up is dying as we speak. The technology is over.... Broadband (DSL) is here, and it here to take over.

...and of course everything in my opinion.
