Oh, Thank Heaven for Seven-Eleven.

Harold carried an insulated 24-ounce mug filled with crushed ice and orange juice. He hoped there was enough to last him until he could run through the raging forest fire. There was. Finally, gratefully, he flung himself into the river.
"Oh, no. I really wanted to finish that orange juice!"

Memorandum - RE: Preliminary Assessment of Our New Savior

Generally a disappointment. No miracles. No enlightenment.

He flopped on the brown couch in the TV room and has laid there for several weeks ordering Chinese take-out and masturbating to pay-per-view porn.

Recommendation: Continue to ask for signs. If none are given, consume him in usual manner.

Yours,

John Lotus

Three-Legged Lord of the Pigeons

- This three-legged Lord of the pigeons, could he be a merman?

- Possibly. He's been seen at ancient Roman baths, but prefers to haunt the cripts of the aristocracy.

- We should investigate further.

- I'll start with vehicle registration.

- And I will poll the fashion models.
