Norwegian beaver cheese was featured in the Monty Python cheese shop routine. I don't think it really exists, but I haven't done the research that would be required to speak with authority on the subject. I like a yogurt dressing with a little fine-chopped fresh mint (or dill, for a different thing altogether), minced garlic & green onion, salt and pepper, and lemon juice, proportions by inspiration. Never tried it with cold crabmeat, an oversight I'll have to correct someday. Cold crabmeat rarely lasts long enough in this house to get any kind of dressing together.
