It appears EUTO will be moved to the pink sheets on 11/17/1999 close of business. Check my research on this.

First, check this link, the "Modified Eligibility Rule Phase-In Schedule" published on the OTCBB site:

otcbb.com

Note that for symbols starting in the range of EF - FL (e.g., EUTO), the determination date is 11/17/1999.

Then check this OTCBB page

otcbb.com

and after it loads the E's, search for EUTO to find this line:

"EUTRO GROUP HOLDING INC"|"EUTO"|"EUTRO GROUP HOLDING INC"|"O"|" "|||"Nov 1999"|"No"

The "No" at the end means that EUTO doesn't meet the eligibility requirements.

So, at the bottom of this OTCBB page "OTC BULLETIN BOARD (OTCBB) SYSTEM CHANGES - 09/24/1999"

otcbb.com

is a footnote that says:

"All Security Symbols appended with an "E" will be ineligible for quotation and subject to removal from the OTCBB in 30 calendar days (60 days if denoted with a plus sign "+") if the NASD does not receive information indicating that the company is current in its public reporting obligations pursuant to Rule 6530."

(The above page updates daily I think, but the footnote probably stays the same.)

MY CONCLUSION,

We probably will see EUTO start quoting as EUTOE around October 19th, and then the last day it will be quoted on the OTCBB will be November 17th. November 18th, it should show up on the PINK SHEETS.

Now, I may be off a day or two, and the OTCBB does change its procedures from time to time, but the above conclusion is my best estimate at this time of what will happen to EUTO.
