>If "everyone does it" then I guess we really have entered a "New Era." "Everyone does it" celebrates Cintonian ethics.
Perhaps we could learn much from Russian business and bankers before this is all over. Latest count is tha $40+ % of Russia is controlled by gangs.

"Should be interesting to see what happened in my case with both AOL and Microsft. "

Paul Allen banning Fred Smart from SI, Steve Case erasing your messages, F. Smart uncovering a MSFT conspiracy...(some time before it was big *brother* watching, the FBI, sometimes you have these rare unexplained *feelings* about inner fights at NOVL..etc etc)

Fred, please try explain what happened, even if you have to embarrass yourself in the process. Otherwise, as entertaining as this is, I'm afraid that I'll have to believe that you are, as usual, blowing gas..

(QN: is there a possibility that for a few hours you were unable to use SI for reasons other than Paul Allen trying to stop you from telling us the truth?)

Since you seem to have the time why don't you explain in detail your theory of why MSFT selling puts is illegal.
