Not so fast on "not our Georgia," Joan. There is ALWAYS fresh cilantro in this house -- and if I take a 5 minute stroll over to the beach, I can SEE our Georgia. Is that stretching it too far?

Aieee, then arrggh. I have had cilantro every conceivable way, and I simply cannot countenance the flavor. It is indescribably bad in my mouth.
I cannot, do not, Will Not eat cilantro in any dilution.

Maybe that is why I cannot abide curries. The principal flavorant is always "coriander".

And you are right - I did not mean to insult cat poo thus. Cat poo is better.

Joan, What type of beans are used in the Georgian recipe, and how do you make them. I'd love to try the dish....with cilantro.
