Have you called the transfer company to verify the OS, restricted, and float recently? With the fall in price it would be worth it to know whether restricted shares have been sold into the float and whether new shares have been issued. Also, MXNT has been responding to people asking why they are not reporting yet by saying "If we know any way to speed up the SEC to let them know". That implies that the reason they are not reporting yet is because the SEC has their paperwork but has not processed it yet. Do you know if they have actually filed the Form 10 with the SEC yet? If not, when do they plan on doing it? Have they completed the required audit yet? Mike
