The whole Ballmer MSFT thing is way overblown in my opinion. MSFT usually just tries to tank its own stock, but the CFO does it in a calculated way. Ballmer was just shooting off his mouth in my opinion and in a market as jittery as this one, provided an excuse for many to run for cover.
