A lot has developed from the UK's 1st Free Internet ISP company, X-Stream Network (XSNI:Nasdaq) "The World's 1st. Free Internet company" x-stream.com In the UK XSNI have 450,000 users, X-Stream is now the 1st. UK-Free ISP making a move across Europe (370 million people), I guess trying to catch up to Freeserve and their 1.2 million UK users. Good Luck NetZero in the USA---Those that advertise on NetZero have the big jump on other types of advertising i.e (TV, Radio, Newspapers and Magazines etc) because "when advertising on the Internet (FREE ISP's) you are only ONE CLICK AWAY FROM A TRANSACTION.!!!!
