QWest Business Services dialed the number and it rang. I asked them to repeat the number, and they got it right. I hung up, dialed it, and it was busy, then I called QWest Business Services back, got the same person, and had then dial the # again, and it rang.

Confirming that the phone is ringing when dialed by QWest Business Services. They suggest that I call USWest, they confirmed that the phone is owned by USWest.

Stand by.

The reason the line is busy is there are dozens of people standing in line trying to call their brokers so they can short your baby.
