QWest Business Services dialed the number and it rang. I asked them to repeat the number, and they got it right. I hung up, dialed it, and it was busy, then I called QWest Business Services back, got the same person, and had then dial the # again, and it rang. Confirming that the phone is ringing when dialed by QWest Business Services. They suggest that I call USWest, they confirmed that the phone is owned by USWest. Stand by.
