Wallace: re: r.edwards & mexp - "why" ? because is so conservative & slow & steady...

He said slow & steady... 10% in a qtr is hardly anything earth shattering; but it is 30-40% on an annualized basis - sure beats those high risk (VBG), plays like this chart shows:

... and you all thought "MEXP" was risky, or volatile (LOL)...

That this is a small float, low liquidity stock with great, but albeit limited trading potential is generally accepted here (VBG) - but; nothing longterm in the "story" has changed...

Actually; got GLBL , MDR, ESV,RDC , FLC here ? - leave the RRC & MEXP for me at these levels... not done accumulating yet... RRC & EEX - 2 great bounce play trades from right here - do the "DD".How can anyone pass MDR, or GLBL longterm from here (much better nearterm fundamentals than FGI imho) ? and ESV, RDC, FLC - look very cheap and jackup fundamentals are turning very quickly...

While some stocks still may retrace a bit here; quality names like MDR & GLBL are simply too cheap & ESV's selloff was overdone -given the jack up mkt fundamentals; I think some people are going to kick themselves for not diving in here... unless we get another Black October (maybe this is the beginning - who knows ?) this is the greatest separation between crude prices and the valuations & the timing of fundamentals turning. Haven't seen a better risk vs. reward spot for many stocks than this... have to be at least 50% "into" total positions on watch list stocks here... save the other 50% for a total market blowoff, or individual stock selloffs post Q3 reporting; but don't miss this... imho.

good luck...

Trading EEX, RRC large from here and allways nibbling on MEXP (have to keep the petty cash/mad money acct going(VBG)... looking at GLBL MDR FLC UPR calls on ANY retrace of substance from here...

Interesting chart showing FLC's strength vs. other OSX laggards of late - any weakness there is a must buy imho & "calls" in the $12 range for me... these other laggards are solid companies - and look like great buys imho.

Wallace, RE: MEXP, my source is Raymond James Associates, they follow the stock and underwrote it. I think you can by at 2.25 with relative comfort. Oct is the refi.date per the co.'s 10-Q filing with bank of montreal
