Anybody validate the broken laser optics alignment issue? It is in direct opposition from TSM and ASML press releases. Check ee times and tsm thread

Not from what I have heard. No real structural damage to any fab or equipment. Lots of "in process" wafers were lost however.

I understand this to be true. But I have been told that optic alignment is performed by fab personnel and stepper makers, not Cymer.
