Glenn looks like you are the only one here. Ragingbull.com site has many talking about PCQT! I tried to get PCQT now, I will just have to wait to see if I get any or not. Many at Prudential tried to get PCQT but all the offices only got very small amounts of the shares. Etrade has done its conditional offer expected price of $11.00 - $13.00 I don't think etrade got many shares either. Looks like many will have to buy in the open market. quote.yahoo.com now reconizes PCQT so it is getting closer to trading.
