I believe April's split was announced prior to earnings, and went into effect shortly afterwards. I have heard rumors of a special BOD meeting to take place in the next few weeks. There are compelling reasons for a split other than lowering the trading price range. I would expect an announcement "contingent on shareholder approval" in October. jmho, Franq
