>>What we are discussing here is the principle, i.e "free market force " vs " Artificial manipulation of the market " , "The job function of the corp CEO", Is it right for a Corp CEO to make a public announcement like " The valuation of our company and the whole Hi Tech market is over valued" ...etc. I do not think it is right in a free market environment for a corp CEO to make such a public announcement , whether he said Microsoft is over or under valued, because , that is not his jub function.<<

Ed, I think that many of us agree with your assessment. Yes Microsoft does seems to contradict its own proposed philosophy by attempting to rig or control the stock price. I was shocked when the stock broke out above 95, Ballmer made those comments to bring it down. I do not think that this infamous day regarding Ballmer is going to go away anytime soon without there being some backlash.I just wonder how much longer his career with Microsoft will continue??

Frank

I trade MSFT just about every day of the year.
And simply follow News headlines most of the time to make more money in a month than a "Simple Moron" like you could make on MSFT in a year.
I've also posted a chat room where headlines are posted, plus I posted a two week free trail using Realtick 111, worth about $150 for all to try. What have you posted that could possibly help a Investor? I, nor a fool like you, can do anything about what a CEO says, except evaluate what is said and use it to make money. I could care care less if a stock is manipulated or not as long as I know what's going on and make money. Ballmer made a mistake, humans make mistakes, but "Monkeys" like you are perfect. Grow a brain "Stupid".
