<< Maybe it's the problem I have with Brie, that you are simply tasting some flavor that most people don't.>>

I have a problem with veggies, especially when they're cooked. Things like beans, broccoli, asparagus... I can't even sit at the same table with them. I have been called fussy and finicky but I just can't stand them.

I read where they think some people are super tasters and can taste things in foods others can't.

On the other hand I like raw carrots, celery and cabbage, but cooked and I'm gone. The cooking must release some extra flavor.
