Sorry I don't know the specific terms of the relationship. There was some estimates published back when the deal was first made public. My recollection, flawed as it may be, was that the revenue was not huge but was expected to cover all the operating expenses with a bit to spare. Now while this in and of itself would not make for an exciting investment it did accomplish something important for Zi, it took covered the burn rate and would end the need for dilutive financings. Long term profitability would come from other deals such as those with the Chinese govt. To simplify, Erickson keeps Zi alive China makes them prosper. I caution however that this is just my recollection from last year. I'll try to confirm my memory during the week.
