You forgot the rollerbladers! Everybody forgets us. We need the hard paved surface. And remember - rollerblading is not a crime!! <gg> Anyway I don't have too many issues with bikes vs. cars myself, but out here in SF it is the huge controversy. There is a group called "critical mass" which organizes these bike rides and ties up traffic. The problem is the sheer numbers favor the cyclists, and yet, there seems to be some sort of resistance on the part of city management to lean in their direction (closing streets etc.).
