Susan, I agree, Ballmer has the worst timing and then on top of that you have total bull being put out by an analcyst. As for GNET, Lorraine and Steve didn't help it much did they? I think it is fair to say that GNET's parts are worth at least $25 bucks each as IPOs on today's market. So $250 is a fair price and I never mentioned Russ, GNET's management, what millions of eye balls are worth (no. 9 on Media Metrix), etc. I also agree with you that GNET was ready to break out when all this crap (and it is crap) started. Steve has his head where the sun don't shine and Lorraine is a dunce as the Moron Math proves. If people are smart they will realize they are being manipulated and we will have a major rally on the Nasdaq on Monday. Greenspan will not touch rates, most techs are fairly valued, Lorraine is a dunce, Steve can't see daylight, simple, black n white stuff. GNET a BUY. 909S BLUE

Susan, 'twas the sameold/sameold Can't Git No Satisfaction, Hold Onto The Bar but no screams of Wheeeeeeeeee when it jerks to a stop just short of the summit then sliding backwards. That's what we've been enduring (among the Best Of Company, at least!) on The Techride since April, for whatever trivia such as rate hike "fears" from still way below where it was, or some obscure blabbermouth whacking tech/net stocks as valueless, or whatever. "It Don't Come Easy", especially this year... we've been chopped off short of a rally after a good buildup again & again & again with some meaningless trivia of why thrown like scraps to The People in cynical explanation of what's the reason or excuse for it, hard to figure out which. & That was The Bad News. Now For The GOOD NEWS !!!!! ... It takes a major effort to move it this time.... the effort has been increasing all summer long. This time, it took 4 big blabbermouths all on the same day, StockShoppingShows jumping on the naddering nabobs bandwagon of negativism, a fresh misinterpretation or 2 of Greenspeak, analyst downgrades of nets B4 earnings, "fears" of every bit of good economic news meaning inflation and a rate hike, talk of stocks being too high so they better go down or there'll be a rate hike to whack 'em down (no mention of re-stated bias, and especially no mention of Greenspeak praising tech's role in our economic recovery and how the money for it comes from their stockmarket), minimal news of Microsoft announces spinoff, no news of CMGI's Alta Vista now free ISP along with it's important purchase of AdForce and what that means for all, along w/ most good news for nets downplayed but seeing those blaring headlines of late-product-cycle S&P 500 Co's warning they may fall a penny or two short of the whisper number..... dollar/yen balance fears "The Sky Is Falling, Japan's Pulling Out Of USA" (why would they sell at such a time, wouldn't they be buying if our stuff is a bargain for them right now wouldn'tchathink?)... add this to xSIx privates on the fritz and Lorraine Analcyzing xgnetx should be valued at 10.... So What Happened in 2 days? xmsftx moves down by 6 or 7, and xgnetx falls by about the same; now that's frustrating!! HOLD ONTO THE BAR!!! Yep, they B running shorter & shorter of new Roustabouts while it takes more and more each time 2 push back Techride..... re: TIMING - Yep that 2, betcha U weren't the only one watching that xgnetx chart. As Blue said, The People R starting 2 get a clue. Nets & Blue Chip shares are biggest ones in the hands of The People. Them Sheeppeople on AOL Poll R thinkin about the same way we R.
