That's good stuff. Put in 50% Bisquick instead of flour in the batter and it sticks better when frying fish. Makes better hush puppies too.

I like the thick crust pizza, so the biscuit mix is perfect. I have a friend that makes a great pizza on a stone, but I haven't gotten one yet.
