Ed, thanks for speaking with me.
Help me out to understand a little more about your view.
First, lets look at your comment:
<<<
There is no doubt that there has been misrepresentation
and antipicatory statements which should never have been made. But unless fiduciary violations can be proven the SEC
will do no more than slap the wrist.
>>>

All of this maybe true but there is more to it.

Misrepresentation and antipicatory statements {cute} that
"should not have been made" will actually persist unless
the statementeur is put in check. Perhaps a wrist slap,
but at least a reality check for the promise of a check.

Oh, now the "wrist slap".
Ed, is the forced removal of the man from god, Mike McKay,
a wrist slap?? Please, I really want to know.
A Canadian Government Department has forced Mike M. from
what exactly?
To cease any activity in regards to GPGI. Why?
YES..., but they got the wrong man!!!!

So, you suggest to go ahead with some SEC action after GPGI
reaches .05 cents? Is that right?

Instead of a date we declare war on JENSEN at .05 cents?
Does this sound right?
Well, what if this .10 to .20 cent range flounders for
another 12 months and in the interim JENSEN continues to
prescribe crap for the shareholders to swallow.
Is that OK?

Listen, I don't want the end to come.
And for me, all the loyalists here have faith and hope but
I know for sure if you don't stop a man from lying he
will continue to lie. Full stop.

Why can't we set a due date? Where if upon that date nothing
has changed and all of us here are still preaching the
same things to each other that we have been doing for the
last 3 years that we open fire on this man, JENSEN.

If things do not change then isn't it a matter of time
before more loyalists cross the line?
Hasn't GPGI already done enough damage to our portfolios?
Doesn't the thought of another news release from Jensen
make you sick?
Is this how shareholders are supposed to feel about their Company?

Regarding other Companies with their broken promises and processes.
Have they been around for 20 years.
Is there volume averaging at 400,000 shares daily?
[the prices are close enough]

Ed,
keep speaking with me.
I want to find the right path.

Thor

>>Instead why not wait until the share price collapses to 5¢ or less because the present possibility fails. Then instead of bringing in the SEC a shareholders action can be taken as the company enters bankruptcy and a reorganization is started. I for one believe that GPGI's land holdings are practically priceless, especially the Oro Grande. A professional team could be brought in and bring the properties into production.<< Thank you!, I was getting tired of talking to myself. I agree with Thor, the "line in the sand" needs to be a date, not a price, but the imperative is now more clear than ever.
