GO*QCOM, how could you introduce a whisper number link on this serious thread? You know that this has no basis in fact or value to this group of investors.

Of course, I peek myself once in a while <ggg>. EarningsWhispers.com hasn't posted the whisper yet, but the poll results are interesting:

We should be careful of 'whisper numbers' in the sky as they can be positvely damaging and sometimes my guess is that they are put about by those who do not wish the company well.

Just achieving the consensus should do the Q just fine. It makes me very nervous when you start to see ludicrously high whisper numbers.
