agreed...i still get amused by how some of these 'morons' are working towards professional standing... high time eh <g> (concept stolen from where are the customers yachts) i worked at one place where they agreed to pay a bonus for returns > 15 %. this was achieved, yet the port mgr did not beat the correlating index... i guess it seems silly to me to pay bonuses for this 'hard' work, i mean, did these guys do something that contributes to the gnp, like lifting, or gosh, making things <g> ike
