I wouldn't be so quick to rule out any possible recovery. It's well documented Peter Michaels, his relatives and associates have committed serious misdeeds, however, it doesn't appear the final chapter has been written. When investors complain loudly, the DOJ often makes examples of perpetrators coupled with the fact many legislators would like to hang Internet gambling.

You would be prudent not to succumb to telephone pitches. Investors typically rely on interpretations by sales representatives rather than Risk Disclosure statements which are required by law and provided for a reason. Investors believing this is verbiage written by lawyers for lawyers usually end up losing on private stock offerings, partnerships and the like. Even under a successfully performing business plan investors often lose because of restructuring schemes that tip the scales in favor of principals.

There are numerous other offerings both completed and ongoing where investors will eventually come to the realization they've been victimized. Many of these involve online casinos wherein elderly and unsophisticated persons have been solicited. WWWC may have been one of the first, however unfortunately, it won't be the last. So, good luck to all WWWC investors as reconciliation is still worth fighting for!
